“I’m very happy because the nutrition plan is sustainable. Yes, I actually eat A LOT and don’t feel deprived at all. I believe that I have embraced this lifestyle for the long term.
The strength-training and works outs are FUN (believe me.. I used to dread strength days Pre-Ydd days) + Effective.
I enjoy doing them + with our strong and supportive Ydd community, the others have inspired me to push myself. The workout is well thought off as evidenced by the results that I see in me. Coach Paolo targets each and every muscle and he makes sure that we stretch the correct muscles before and after. I also enjoy doing other workouts like spin, row and run and my performance for these have skyrocketed.
With coach as my “mechanic” I am able to perform, each time, all the time.

“I was able to go down from 84 to 76 kilos with to the YDD Nutrition Program. I was happy that their fitness program involves strengthening all major muscle groups which helps in my cycling. All those squats and deadlifts worked great to strengthen my lower half which is vital when it comes to pedalling.
