This Service Agreement is made between “YDD” and the “Client”

The Client agrees to pay according fees for products, services, packaged membership or subscription based dues. These dues must be paid by an online payment transaction at the YDD website.

YDD Training Ground – is a structured nutrition and fitness coaching service involving a recommended system to build muscle, lose weight, burn fat, build strength, and gain overall health benefits. Clients who sign up are entitled to a 1-, 3-, 6-, or 12-month membership with corresponding access to program benefits. Program shall include:

• Exclusive access to the YDD Training Ground, located within the designated YDD area inside the Rockwell Club Amorsolo Gym
• Full access to Rockwell Club’s Amorsolo Gym facilities including the sauna, steam room, shower, and lockers
• 4 small group training sessions per week: – BUILD x2 (Strength) – MOVE x1 (Mobility) – CHARGE x1 (Power) – A total of 16 sessions per month.
• Personalized nutrition plan
• Access to the Full YDD Series: The Metabolic Blueprint: Nutrition, Fitness & the Real You
• Nutrition resource materials
• Performance tracking
• Access to on-demand workout videos

SCHEDULING & ATTENDANCE – Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes. Clients are encouraged to attend up to 16 classes per month, all of which must be consumed within the corresponding month. – Unused classes cannot be carried over to the next month. Clients must pre-register for each session they intend to attend. Each class allows a maximum of 8 participants, on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a class is full, registrations will be closed; clients may register for a different day/time. Cancellations after pre-registration are allowed but will be considered consumed. YDD reserves discretion to allow on-the-spot class entry depending on attendance and available slots.  Due to limited slots available in the program, there shall be no freezing or pausing of the program once it commences.

FEES & PAYMENT – Program rates are based on selected membership duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Full payment is required before the start of any training cycle. All paid packages are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. YDD is not liable for failure to start or complete the program due to reasons not attributable to YDD

Client enrollment is valid for one cycle based on the chosen package (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). – Renewal is optional and must be confirmed with a new payment. YDD reserves the right to approve or decline renewal depending on program capacity, with a maximum of 16 active members per month

Recipe Packs – By purchasing and accessing our recipe packs, you acknowledge that they are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without prior written permission.  The recipe packs are intended to support general health and wellness goals but do not replace professional medical or nutritional advice.  All purchases are final and non-refundable once the recipe pack has been delivered.  Upon successful payment, you will receive access within 24 hours to your purchased recipe pack via the “My Account” section.  The recipes provided in our packs are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical or dietary advice.  We do not claim that our recipe packs will result in weight loss, muscle gain, or specific health outcomes—results will vary based on individual factors.  Before making dietary changes, please consult with a licensed healthcare provider, registered dietitian, or physician, especially if you have any allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, or dietary restrictions.It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct account details are used for login and downloads.  While we strive to provide balanced and diverse meal options, we cannot guarantee that all recipes will be suitable for everyone.  It is the user’s responsibility to check ingredients and modify recipes based on personal dietary needs or allergies.  YDD will not responsible for any allergic reactions, intolerances, or adverse effects that may occur from consuming foods based on our recipes.  All content, including recipes, meal plans, images, and design, is copyrighted and owned by YDD.  You may not reproduce, share, or distribute the recipe packs, in part or in whole, without explicit written permission.  Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

Nutrition Program – is a one time service and payment.  Resources and access included in this service will be retained on the client’s account without expiration.  This service shall include:

• 1 Hour Consultation Call – must be scheduled by the Client via the Calendly link sent on the welcome email post payment of service.  Non availment of consultation call by the client shall not render a refund of the partial or full paid service
• Custom Meal Plan
• Starter Guides / Ebooks – Introduction to Macronutrients, How to Build a Perfect Plate, Starter Recipe Pack
• Masterclass Access: Episodes 1-3

Nutrition and Fitness Program – is an auto renewing subscription based online personal coaching program.  The commencement of the program shall begin 7 days after the payment of the service.  The Client opts for his initial sign up period between 3, 6 and 12 months subscription service.  Before the chosen sign up period ends, YDD shall notify the Client of the end of the initial sign up period.  The Client shall have the ability to renew his subscription plan and renewal payment through the website.  In case of non renewal or no payment made on or before the end of subscription period, the program shall automatically end along with benefits and inclusions of a paid service / program.  Attendance or usage of nutrition coaching sessions, online fitness classes whether live or via access to recordings, shall be unlimited.  Non usage of nutrition coaching sessions, fitness classes whether live or via access to recordings does not render any deductions or discounts on paid subscription packages.  

This service shall include:

Athlete Program – is a personalized, one on one and face to face sports specific coaching program.  Rates are per session basis and packaged through a number of sessions.  Rates are non inclusive of gym or court fees, if any.  The Client agrees to schedule regular periodic sessions with the Coach / YDD, and are consumed on a per session basis.  Non attendance to confirmed coaching sessions are forfeited in case of same day cancellation.  Due to personalized design for the individual program, the sessions or package are non transferable to any third party.  This service automatically ends, once all sessions on the package is consumed by the client and rendered by YDD.  This service includes:

• One on one sport specific training
• Strength training foundation / compound lifts + power development basics
• Sport specific basic and advanced skills (Triple extension basics & generating force with increasing loads and speeds, Energy systems development, dynamic stability lower extremity exercises, linear and lateral plyometric basics + ballistic power development)
• Video analysis per session
• Full Nutrition Plan Coaching

Cancellation: (Cancellation of services after Payment of Services) In case of Cancellation of the service post payment, the Client will still receive all plans, materials, resources and other collaterals regardless.  However, cancellation of service or program for reasons attributed with the Client shall render no refund.  No refund of payments shall be applied.  

Release of Liability on Program Results:

YDD Program information provided through resources, tools, consultation calls, advise from coach, etc, are science, research and experience based; commonly practiced by it’s coaches and existing clients.  As YDD’s products and services is a guidance-based system, YDD shall not be responsible for the outcome or shortcoming of desired results resulting from delays of start, pausing of program by the Client or the Client’s lack of time, commitment, execution to follow any and/or all program guidelines, and/or focus in the program. 

Health and Fitness Liability Waiver / Informed Consent Form / Privacy Policy:

The Client has enrolled in one or multiple YDD Products or Services namely: The YDD Training Ground, purchase of Recipe Packs, Masterclass or any other product available on the YDD website; Nutrition Program, Nutrition and Fitness Program, Athlete Program. The client recognizes that the program may include nutrition protocols, basic nutrition planning and coaching, strenuous  physical activities including but not limited to strength, HIIT workouts, and other various fitness activities. The Client hereby affirms that he is in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability, or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in this  program. The Client acknowledges that his enrollment and subsequent participation is purely voluntary and in no way mandated by YDD.

In consideration of the Client’s participation in this program, the Client hereby releases YDD, and its coaches from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of his voluntary participation and enrollment.
